Wei-Chia (Kelvin) Hung received his Ph.D. degree from Department of Civil Engineering, National Chiao Tung University, Taiwan in 2008. From 1999 to 2013, he had worked as a senior researcher in Industrial Technology Research Institute, Hsinchu, Taiwan.  His major research field focuses on geodesy. He has conducted several projects on Remote Sensing, GPS and leveling for monitoring land subsidence in Taiwan. Currently, he is a general manager of Green Environment Engineering Consultant Company.
